2D AutoCAD

AutoCAD enables the designer to create and edit detailed technical drawings using a variety of tools and commands. These drawings can include floor plans, elevations, and sections, as well as detailed views of mechanical and electrical systems. With innovative ideas and creative imagination, the user can create realistic presentations with AutoCAD. It provides the necessary tools and workflow to optimize the design and build. This software makes for great, precise drawings.

This portfolio was created during the UCLA Extension: Interior Design Foundation Level certificate program, under Mr. Luis de Moraes, AIA-ASID-LEED AP B+D. Students were tasked with preparing a basic construction document set that included floor plans, elevations, sections, and details to showcase our skillset in performing on the software. All AutoCAD documents with the exception of sheet A-6.1, are original designs by EnviroTechno Interactive Architecture + Interior Design, replicated by Mariah Taylor. Sheet A-6.1 is a custom interior elevation by Mariah Taylor.
